Great Clips seeking new Help Desk Specialist

Great Clips, Inc is seeking a Help Desk Specialist. This is a very good entry-level position. This person is responsible for resolving Level II issues (more difficult software issues, hardware failures, deployments, upgrades, patch management, etc) and some multiple client issues. This individual needs a background in Microsoft products especially Windows XP Pro and Office 2003.
