You could have a lot more if you “Got Geek Friends.” You know the types – life of the party, strikingly good looking and fascinating conversationalists.
We have been searching high and low to find top quality Sr. UI Developers for the past several months and have been coming up short. These are people who are exceptionally strong in the realms of technologies like AJAX, FLASH, JSON, XSLT, XML as well as are thinking about new display methods and page/client/object integration.
Didn’t understand a word I just said? Then YOU need to hang with the cool tech cats more.
It’s simple – refer someone that fits the above description, we hire them and they stick around 3 months – I’ll give you $2K.

A colleague of mine is currently seeking a Flash Developer, someone with 3-5 years experience. If you are interested or know someone who is, contact Sasha Westin at sashaATvisi.com.
From an old coworker:
Hi gang –
Local company / good friend needs a developer with passion for the web and the following skills, at $65k-$85k DOE:
2+ years ASP.NET / C#
2+ years SQL Server stored procedure development
Current advanced Microsoft certification (MCSD, MCSE, etc). a nice to have.
1+ year(s) Flash / Object-Oriented ActionScript is a nice to have.
If they are interested at all in learning action scripting that is good enough ; ) The MS cert. is really not a big deal if they are an MS pro or play around in a lot of different areas. Reports directly to dev director. Fun environment, web-focused, great colleagues. All other dev skills a plus, plus.
$150 to you if your pal or your pal’s pal is the one ; ) Have them send info to me directly. We all know a developer stuck in a sad, lonely situation with no coffee on-site somewhere ; )
You’ve done your good deed for the day.

The Foundation may be looking for someone who can install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco VPN routers. Do you know anyone who does this kind of thing and would be available occasionally? We currently work with one group exclusively and they are not as reliable as we would like, so we are looking for more options. It usually amounts to 3-8 hours per month.
If interested, please contact me via e-mail annd I will do the hookup.
